This week's edition of GlobalBees' D2C Pulse features 3 companies. And all 3 are DSGCP portfolio companies: eco-home cleaning product brand Koparo, D2C home-gardening start-up Ugaoo, and India's most loved coffee brand Sleepy Owl.

Interesting to see one of India's largest CPG companies ITC take a minority stake in mother and baby care brand Mother Sparsh. The mother and baby category has lacked innovation for many years without a category specific brand. DSGCP backed The Moms Co in 2016 and recently excited to Good Glamm Group.

60% of packaged non-alcoholic beverages sold on the Singapore market contain high amounts of sugar and will be label Grade C or D in the soon-to-be-implemented Nutri-Grade system. Brands will have to reformulate and new #insurgentbrands will have opportunity to enter the market.
