Bain X DSGCP Initiative: One-day bootcamp for founders focusing on founder's mentality and brand building

A huge thank you to the entire Bain & Company team who co-hosted a bootcamp for DSG Consumer Partners portfolio companies in Mumbai. First session of the day was a powerful keynote from James Allen on the Founder’s Mentality. Fantastic session! (Side note: Jimmy was the first partner I worked for when I joined Bain in 1996). This was followed by sessions on brand identity led by Nikhil Ojha. Joydeep Bhattacharya and Dhruv Aggarwal then led a session on the attributes of a winning insurgent brand and the attributes of the new Indian consumer. Navneet Chahal led the last session on leadership for high-performing organisations. On a personal note, I was immensely proud to be working on this project with Bain, a firm that introduced me to strategy, entrepreneurship and finding one’s true north. I continue to be close to so many people I worked with in the 1990s and am proud to call many of them good friends. The best culture!!
